Dorothy Draper sure knew what she was talking about...

To follow up with our previous post on how much we love our jobs and how work isn't really work to us....Dorothy Draper agrees!

"Have you ever stopped to think what fun this business of living can be? If you haven't, and if you are one of those who insist upon believing that life is humdrum, grim and boring, then I'm afraid this department is not for you. For I don't believe any such thing. I know that we can all free ourselves and live our lives fully, zestfully and joyfully!"
-Dorothy Draper

Be Daring!

How to be daring with color...

When adding a risky color into a space such as a bright blue, lime, or neon yellow you always want to keep the space from becoming too overwhelming. To avoid making your space seem too whimsical and impractical, you should use neutrals and basic colors to ground the excitement.  Black, white or a basic grey are great colors to pair with these vibrant color choices!

Fabulous Cobalt Blue accessories or as an accent wall color can liven up a space! Cobalt Blue is fresh and clean and looks great when contrasted with a crisp, bright white...
